I had involved in the masculinity medical treatment for more than ten years. What i wish is to popularize and promote the sexual knowledge to the public. When I established the first clinic of masculinity in Hong Kong, I feel that Hong Kong people is extremely lack of knowledge about the sexology and masculinity diseases, most of them are careless and less regarding for the masculinity sex, some a smattering, some are even innocent of no idea. Those situation will always give lots of trouble to their family and its career. For this reason, I do hope I can use my pass 30 years masculinity medical experience, especially the masculinity treatment that i has learned, to distribute to the public and people in Hong Kong.

Follow for the community civilization, most of the people are fond of the way to seek a healthy and charming live. Especially for the quality of sexual activity. When people have achieved the physical and spirit enjoyment, they will always looking for some more creativity. In other words, a happy sexual life made a health society is very important. So, I do believe a happy family and a joyful sexual life can always help us to release the livelihood pressure and bring a luxuriant life.

People in Hong Kong need to work in a very busy daily life, especially those professor who have plenty works to do and always need to meet the tight deadline, they may not have time to understand or regard their own sexual health problem. And those problems will always bring out a extremely worst disease or and unnecessary perplex, which effect their daily life day by day. Doctor Lai, was graduated in Domestic Medical Academy Institute in the Mainland China in 1960's. She settle down to Hong Kong in 1985.

In 1900, she established the first masculinogy clinic in Hong Kong. Since 1991, she have participate a lots of worldwide and nationwide academic conference and announce cervical dissertations.

Doctor Lai insist on writing the medical essay for the newspaper and magazine like: <Tai Kung Newspaper>, <San Newspaper> <San Night Newspaper>,<Fai Newspaper>,<Seung Newspaper>,<Hong Kong People Newspaper> and also <Playboy>on her spare time.

Doctor Lai have published three medical writing, named as:- <Masculinology Medical Handbook> , <Female Doctor Diary>,<Masculinology Handbook>. At the same time, she have been invited to be the male sexology speaker for the show called <Lively color brings forth fragrance> in ATV between 1991 to 1993. Later on, she was take part in other male sexology show called <Indulge 10:30> in ATV.

In 1995, China Central Channel have an special program call "End of this Moment", which aim at introduce the fruitful Asian Chinese. Doctor Lai was in the guest list, this show interview and introduce her background and experience. Recently, Doctor Lai was invited to be the speaker for the program called "Women Heart" and "Friday Sex Hotline" in Hong Kong Cable TV. Besides, she is also the member of the International Impotence Association, Asia Pacific Sexual Dysfunction Academic Association , China Sexology Association, Hong Kong Author Association. Moreover, Doctor Lai have a honor to get a title of "Doctor of Medicine" in The United States West Pacific Ocean University July 1996.
